This is your home away from home with premium handpicked furnishings, perfect for a family/friends gathering, vacation homes, short stay rentals, and for NRI's. It is also useful for pre/post wedding stays and business stays. It is close to a number of tourist attractions yet seemingly away from all hostile and bustle of the city life. This apartment has a living room with sofa and cable TV, dining hall with dining table, chairs (4-Seat) and wash area, two bedrooms with AC, one attached European toilet and one common European toilet including shower with hot & cold water. Fully automatic washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is available. Fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, mixer grinder, water purifier, kettle, electric chimney, and all necessary utensils are available. Ironing board and iron box are also available to guests for comfortable stay. Stand by Invertor for uninterruptible Power Supply incase of power failure. CCTV cameras around the property are available for security and safety purposes. Shaded car parking space is also available. On demand car rental facility by the hourly or daily basis can also be facilitated.

The place is great. The hosts were absolutely lovely. They were proactive in contacting us and also helped us with local restaurant recommendation. The house is absolutely wonderful. They have maintained it so well. It is not that far from the main road, yet at a peaceful location. My family and I are really happy with our stay. :)
Joe’s place is a perfect fit for visitors coming to Thiruvalla looking for a two-bedroom, independent unit. Due to extraneous circumstances, we had to leave early. Joe was gracious to accommodate our cancellation request. Partial refund was issued immediately. So thank you!
The host was really responsive and was always helpful at any times. The property looked exacrly as the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities were arranged and we did not have to rely on anything external since everything was provided. The area was very peaceful ajd perfect for somebody who just wants to take a time off of the busy days. The place is excellent if you want to laze around and if you are travelling with friends. Parking facility was also there which is very much appreciated. All the major establishments in the town are 5mins away. In total, just loved the place and would really suggest to anybody going that side.
