房子是独栋别墅，私密性很好，房间布局不错。唯一缺点三楼的房间没有窗帘。交通方面里地铁口较远，但周边买东西很方便，有超市，711等等，还有很热闹的商圈。Vivian 团队的服务都很好，积极热心给予帮助，我们总共住了六晚，一起的都挺好，推荐。

Merci beaucoup pour les prestations de l’appartement et de l’accueil Vivian ( entrée autonome facile ) un hôte très réactif et agréable notre séjours entre amis de 5 garçon c’est super bien passé. Je peux que recommander le logement. Il est très bien placé au calme absolu. Je pense séjourner à nouveau si je reviens à Tokyo.. Merci Vivian

We had an overall very nice stay. We were 4 people, the size of the flat was comfortable, larger than your average Tokyo apartment. The interior was clean, and it had a nice sitting area. The location was appropriate because it was in a relatively quiet neighborhood, only 10min walk away from the Nishishinjuku station, and 15-20min walk from some of the key Shinjuku hotspots. It is important to point out that the listing indicated 2.5 bathrooms, which I assumed to be 2 full bathrooms , and one toilet. However it turned out to be 1 bathroom, and 2 toilets. I later noticed on the listing that it mentioned in the description that it had 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, however it was not clear from the start. One additional thing to mention is that the bath towels were very small (40cm x 80cm). We didn't think that those were bath towels, so we contacted the owner who insisted they were. As we were not in a mindset to argue, we just stuck with them. Just something to keep in mind!

Vivian was a great host and the place was comfortable. It was in a quiet residential area and walkable to several train stations, but don’t expect it to be right outside. Overall still convenient in shinjuku but the walk does add to walking elsewhere after the station. Accurate descriptions and photos, however it is two toilets and one full bath, which in the US would be considered 1.5 baths not 2.5 (but it may be different in Japan?). Host was extremely quick in responding even at late hours, so you will be well supported. Overall would recommend!
