Inside boasts 6 bdrs w/ 4 en-suite bathrooms. Take in a game of ping pong on the back patio or roast marshmallows in the fire pit. This house has all you'll need for the perfect holiday. Current game room has a multi arcade, billiard and air hockey. It is located in the garage. As off mid May, there is going to be an indoor golf simulator. This property truly has it all when it comes to amenities. Plenty of indoor and outdoor, like no other. Outdoors estate boasts over an acre of lush landscape including its own pickle ball court, beach volleyball, half basketball, bocce ball, putting green & a gorgeous pool to ease your soul. The community is very private, gated and exclusive with large 18 estates around it, all on large lots. We do annual stays at airbnbs in the area of Coachella valley, this was by far the best we’ve ever stayed at. Will rebook next year!
Amazing home and very responsive host in a private gated community. The backyard offered a lot of daytime activities for both kids and adults. Great property for a family trip.
Excellente anfitriona ! Anna y su equipo comunican con bastante rapidez y reaccionan a cualquier imprevisto al principio aquello que empezó asustándome un poco , varios interlocutores terminó siendo Una ventaja ya que por esta misma razón siempre hubo alguien con quien comunicar y obviamente Anna fue una anfitriona que solucionó con éxito cualquier imprevisto que se presentó ! Recomiendo esta anfitriona que con Su equipo manejan varias propiedades y lo hacen de una manera muy profesional siempre destacando en la calidad humana y el servicio de calidad que estamos esperando ! Así que para mí pese a varias cosas inesperadas solo tengo que Decir gracias Anna me has dejado positivamente sorprendía por tu actitud y tus ganas de hacer todo perfecto !!
Great house
This was such an amazing place! If you are on the fence about booking it, do yourself a huge favor and just book it!!! Each year my husband and I pick a spot to host family and friends for a weekend and this was beloved by the entire group. Not only is the home simply beautiful and inviting, but the amenities are fantastic! There is something for everyone/every age. Our party was a mixture of adults and a few kids and smiles remained on everyone's faces throughout the entire stay. The pool, pickle ball court, home theater and volleyball court made it feel like we were at a resort. Anna and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. I can not stress that enough. They were extremely accommodating and responded back so quickly (and kindly) whenever I had a question about the property. So happy we were able to stay here! In the future, I hope to book on Airbnb again with Anna and stay at her other property's, due to it being such an overall wonderful experience.

There are only 18 homes in this gated community and the home is double gated. The location is incredible, it is just off " Golden Mile," Avenue 49 in Indio, across the street from Rancho La Quinta. It is located minutes from shopping, dining, golf courses and all entertainment that La Quinta and Palm Desert provides. This luxurious villa is located just under 2 miles to Empire Polo fields, about 10 mins bike ride or 30-40 mins walk. El Paseo if just under 10 mins drive and Old Town La Quinta is 7 mins away. About 6-7 mins to interstate 10, which connects you to Palm Springs and other parts of Coachella Valley, Joshua Tree, LA and Temecula. So much to see and explore, join us.
