The River Valley Studio is very comfortable and in a quiet street with a lovely leafy outlook from a balcony. We were travelling without a car which was do-able, probably about a half hour walk from the station- downhill when you arrive. The streets are cobbled in the old town, easy with a back pack but would be tricky if you had a suitcase with small wheels. The studio is cleverly designed so it feels spacious and is light. It’s a great base to visit The Eden Project, Charlestown and the Lost Gardens of Heligan and if you’re a cyclist there are hire places which will deliver and pick up bikes. Highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay. Sam's studio is amazingly spacious, airy, light, comfortable an warm and spotlessly clean. We very much appreciated the well equipped kitchen as we did not wish to eat out and enjoyed cosy suppers in. Sam and her husband were very welcoming, when we knocked on their door, but the studio is very private even though attached to their house. Sam's other property is in the rear garden and you notice it as you enter but once inside you do not as the studio faces to the front over the stream and trees. The road is very quiet. Thank you, Sam! We hope to visit again.

Beautifully decorated, light and spacious. Quiet area, easy walk to town. Perfect location for all tourist attractions. We would love to stay another time, and would totally recommend this lovely apartment.

Our accommodation was stunning and perfectly situated for us to explore the local beaches in and around St Austell. Sam was extremely helpful and gave us some local knowledge which was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.
