Frances is a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming, her home is lovely and relaxing. She made us feel like we were staying with family. Very clean and plently of extras, like food in the fridge, a full kitchen and laundry access. Would definitely come and stay again. Highly recommended.

Ho trascorso 3 notti innquesto alloggio. Corrisponde alle foto e lanpadrona e davvero gentile. Il grosso vantaggio di questo appartamento è la vicinanza all'aeroporto (10 min con Uber: 30 NZD ), questo significa anche che si sentono gli aerei volare fino all una di notte. Il rumore non ha disturbato il mio sonno. Il quartiere è in una zona periferica senza grossi servizi ma c'è un supermercato a 5 min a piedi e la stazione dei treni che porta al centro in 30-40 min. Lo consiglio per la vicinanza all'aeroporto ed è sicuramente l'ideale per chi fa scalo in Auckland.

Frances is an excellent host. Very responsive and personable. The unit was fully equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Laundry and full cooking facilities are a real bonus. There is undercover parking and above ground parking directly opposite the unit for a small to medium size vehicle. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure is good. The very efficient rail line is only two blocks away which will take you downtown economically and efficiently. The only thing that might be an issue for some people is that it has some air traffic noise but being close to the airport it would be expected. We recommend this property especially to travellers through the international airport.

Really lovely host, great communication and very accommodating. The place is homely and nice. Excellent location.
