This great house is located on a beautiful premiere lake. You have access right in front of the house A great sand beach and sandy bottom make this an ideal play lake. There is a gazebo set off to one side, great for shade time napping or an outdoor picnic. The dock is included with the property as well as a fishing/touring boat or bring your own. The grass yard is ideal to set up outdoor games. The back deck is great for lounging when the sun goes down. My number is available for any ?'s. The house is located on Fishhook lake. There is a large gazebo on the shore for shade or a picnic. There is a very long dock where you can tie off your boat. There an 18 foot Alumicraft fishing boat, seats 4 easily docked for your use. In addition to the boat there are 2 adult kayaks at your disposal. Inside there are 2 dining rooms inside, one in the sunroom and the other in the traditional dining room. The master bedroom is downstairs and there are two separate sleeping areas upstairs. There are several lounging areas inside as well as outside on the deck. The full kitchen is handy for small parties or large. It even has a moving workstation/island to help with the division of labor or as a handy buffet. You'll have a bbq outside as well as a patio dining table. The backyard is a nice size for outdoor games.
