Andy's place was a great location and very clean. We brought our dog and the yard was very nice and everything around the location was dog friendly! The home is near wooded areas but there were no bugs in the home which was very nice too. The gravel road is bumpy and narrow leading up to the home but it well marked and most cars should be able to make it up.

Absolutely amazing hosts - very responsive, helpful, kind and they truly care about your comfort and ensuring you have a pleasant stay!! Very peaceful and serene location that was conveniently located to downtown Brevard and tons of hiking trails. House was amply stocked with everything we needed during our stay.

Best thing about Andy's place is Andy! Such a great host. He was so responsive and helpful and had a solution for everything. Really enjoyed our stay!

Didn’t want to leave! A quick escape from Knoxville. Dog friendly 100%. Back deck overlooks fenced in mountainside. Beautiful sunrise this time of year if you can wake up from the peacefulness.

We loved our stay at Andy’s place. The house was clean and comfortable, the view was lovely, and we had everything we needed. We felt safe knowing our pup couldn’t get out of the fenced back yard. Andy was great helping us decide where to mountain bike, and we were super close to hiking and biking. We hope to return soon!
