This place reminded me of my grandparents place in PA, with the flooring and old doors, so I loved it! Very clean and spacious. The shower has great pressure. It was wonderful that laundry detergent and fabric softener was on hand (even though I usually pack my own). They had a can of coffee and sugar cubes along with coffee to go cups on hand! They even offered paper plates and utensils, so you didn’t have to wash dishes. Beds were super comfortable. The stairs going up to the rental area was easy to manage with luggage because they were not too steep, and there was a nice little deck. Location was just min to town and maybe two blocks (an easy walk) to nearest grocery store. Jamey was wonderful at communication and completely understanding of any issues we may of had.

Very nice. Host was great! Location is very convenient to everything. Street is a little busy, but we slept good. Stocked very well with towels. Kitchen had paper plates and plastic utensils. Excellent for college town visit.

I had to unexpectedly come to Batesville. Jamey was very responsive & great to work with. Jamey went above & beyond. Would highly recommend this place!
