Brand new home in wonderful community. You will love the open concept living with stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling with beams, and an expansive wall of windows which allow for a ton of natural light to shine in. You will love the kitchen which showcases a huge island with barstool seating. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an office. The primary bedroom has plenty of space with a king size bed and double vanities in the bathroom. There is plenty of closet space in the home along, with a back patio to entertain and an extended 2 car garage. This home is the perfect fit.

We stayed at Josh's place for 5 weeks while repairs were being done on our house. The disruption alone was unsettling, so being at Josh's was a reprieve. He was ALWAYS quick to respond to anything we needed -- even warned us when severe weather was approaching. Here are some things that made his house truly a "home away from home" for us. It's new, beautiful, clutter-free, and in a friendly neighborhood. The bedrooms are a nice size with a huge master shower. An open concept kitchen/dining/living area has large windows for light. BIG backyard with lots of space for our little fur baby to run around. We took advantage of the ample storage space since we were there so long. Being new, the appliances are modern with necessary cooking utensils & cookware. Nice office with a front view to gaze out the window. We had a couple of issues with the A/C, but it got fixed right away. If outside noise bothers you, the backyard backs up to a busy road. Only noticed it during the day. A GREAT place!
Great Place!
The hosts are great! I left my stuff behind they kept helping coordinating with the new tenant so I picked up my stuff. The house is in a safe area every thing is perfect.

We appreciate being a part of the neighborhood and care deeply about the safety of the families in it. For this reason, we do not host parties or large groups of workers for local projects.
