Whether you’re in town for a wedding, graduation, or simply a Boulder vacation, our home is the perfect retreat. Close proximity to CU Campus, Chautauqua Park, Pearl Street Rental Housing Licensing for Property Number RHL-01000569 Enjoy our entire home during your stay. Three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom for privacy. There are two office spaces on the main level. A peloton bike is available for your use along with some free weights & a yoga mat. The basement has a huge TV for movie watching, a foosball table, and a pinball machine. The backyard has several sitting areas including a fire pit.

Everything you might want for your stay and more! This large house was extremely clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable in every way. We especially liked the professional kitchen, multiple living areas, and the fun game room. There is a nice park and easy access to bike paths into town, making a perfect basecamp for enjoying Boulder.

Just east of Pearl Street & the University of Colorado campus and adjacent to Flations Golf Course.
Plenty of street parking is available. There are bikes in the garage for your use. Use the Boulder bike path to get downtown.

Hello, I'm a University of Colorado - Boulder graduate who never left Boulder once I graduated. I'm married with 3 kids who keep me busy. My kids have ski raced since they were little so Winter Park is our home away from home. I take pride in my property in hopes of offering a comfortable and clean place for my guests. Enjoy your stay!
