Pet-friendly, the cottage is ideally positioned in Ufford, with two outstanding village pubs a short stroll away. The charming, historic market town of Woodbridge is only 10 minutes away. Immerse yourself in the warm and inviting atmosphere of our comfortable living area, boasting picturesque views of the garden. The well-equipped kitchen features modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, fan oven, hobs and Dulce Gusto coffee maker. Relax on the two-seater sofa or sink into the inviting armchair while indulging in your favourite shows on the 28" smart television. The double bedroom offers a snug retreat with its cosy double bed and opens up to a private outside terrace through double doors. We're happy to accept bookings with a small child and I can provide a travel cot with bedding and towels and a highchair. Let me know when booking if you require these and I will set them up for you before your arrival. I will also put some child friendly dishes, cups and cutlery in the kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the bedroom for an older child. It is a small single, 76cm wide by 191cm long. I will also provide an extra foldable dining chair. There is an additional charge of £8/night for a child older than 2. We permit up to 3 well-behaved dogs and charge a flat free of £20 to pay for enhanced cleaning.
