The main living room, with an open & fully equipped American kitchen, offers a spacious 60m2 with a beautiful chevron parquet floor. >> You will be located in a quiet neighborhood, while being close to Switzerland, Germany and all commodities. Up to 3 bedrooms will be made available depending on your number of guests and needs: - 1 large room with view on the garden, an XXL large bed (Airbnb only allows to pick "king" size but it's actually an "Empereur" size square bed, 2.00 x 2.00 meters!! - 1 room with view in the garden (fir tree 🌲 &... palm tree 🌴 ; ) and a 2.00 x 1.40 double bed (queen size) - 1 room with window on the street side (very quiet at night, not a passing street but residential, and all street lights off after 11pm), with a bit of green, too Otherwise you will also get access if needed to - the office: small revamped room in the basement (-0.5 floor, has a door and window to the garden). - the attic: nice, very large room (70-80 m2) with a couch and a projector. Ideal for a movie night.

The neighborhood is super calm, in a residential street.
At the same time, you have access to a supermarket at 2 minutes walking, restaurants in the Huningue City center 500 meters away, and you are close from everything.
> BSL in minutes with the car, bus or train (or even walking/ cycling is possible). The easiest is the car, but you can also go there with public transportation
> all the best local cities in Alsace with the train.
> Germany is literally 800 meters away, if you cross the 3-border bridge.
From the airport, the house is 5-7 minutes by car/ taxi.
Everything is really close by car and many activities are doable within walking distance:
restaurants, bars, park for sports and kids ...

Dear Airbnb fellow travellers, Welcome to my profile! I would love to welcome you in any of my places. I really want your stays to be perfect and memorable. It's super important for me! : ) Before and during your stays, you can reach out anytime, I am usually very responsive for texts, and calls should work even better. A bit more about me: I am French, 33 yr old and work remotely, in marketing in the tech field for a company based in Paris. I can communicate in French, German or English. I've been a host on Airbnb as a side hustle for many years now (since 2014!), I am also a superhost, and Airbnb Ambassador. We own/manage several listings with my wife, but I also have one with my dad, who I "converted" into a Airbnb fan : ). Even my mother-in-law joined the gang! I also support new Airbnb hosts with their listings since 2021. Earlier, I have lived in London for a year and also studied 1 year in the US, in Tallahassee, Florida. And..., to make life busier, happier and funnier, I also have 2 kids: a son and a daughter. For most apartments, my wife and partner-in-crime Cecilia is my co-host. She's also French and speaks the same languages as me, plus a bit of Spanish. Currently I live in Huningue next to the "3 border area": France, Germany, Switzerland. My house is only a couple of minutes away from Germany and Switzerland, and from Saint Louis. The region is wonderful with the Rhein very close, and the Wine Road and beautiful landscapes with plains and hills in Alsace. My family and I experienced a lot of Airbnb apartments as guests, when travelling, so we like to explore Airbnb in all possible ways. By the way - we REALLY enjoy travelling! Some of our favorite past destinations using Airbnb: Dubaï, US (New York , Boston, Chicago, Wash DC, LA, San Diego, Las Vegas, SF, Miami, Jacksonville, New Orleans, Key West, Hawaii), Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Guatemala, Honduras, Bahamas, Guadeloupe, Antigua, Spain, Portugal, Andorre, Greece, Canary Islands, Tunisia, Italy, Vatican, Austria, Slovakia, Czechia, Cambodia, Vietnam... and of course South of France (East-southern coast) and Monaco. My personal favorite place in the world is South Beach, Miami - it often shocks Americans somehow that I like it so much : ) What's your favorite? let's talk!
