Beautiful house in the woods. Fit our family perfectly. There is very little access to the water and the mosquitoes were tough, but the house itself was worth the money and we had a great time.

We were 2 families. One with 2 kids and one with 3 kids. The house was great. Very comfortable, clean and specious. You have all you need to enjoy it. Did great hikes in the area and Lake Luzerne near by is perfect. Val was very responsive and accommodating.

The cabin was great! Very clean! Everything you need is there, sheets, towels, kitchen items. Was spacious!!!

Val is very attentive and a great communicator. The home is well appointed and very clean. Directions were clear and concise and there was areas of interest to refer to.

The house is amazing, right on the river. It is bright and sunny with views out of every window. There is plenty of room for everyone (inside and out). It is very peaceful and has everything you need. The patio and back porch overlooking the river was the family’s favorite place to hang out and relax. Val was wonderful and responded to my questions very quickly. Everything was clear and very easy. Overall this was a perfect place for our family vacation. We look forward to returning again.
