We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and everything was great, we had a representative that checked in on us as needed for any help. Great service!
I was happy with the place and how large it was but was unsatisfied with their cancellation policy when unforeseen circumstances arise. The response time it took to get any reply's to my messages was not at the standard I am accustomed to. Typically at a place you rent the host responds right away. Not in this case. The home was extremely difficult to get into and the keypad was not unlocking the door. The host contact for check-in did not answer my call and luckily I found a key after searching the area to see if there was one left in case of keypad issues otherwise I would have continued to be locked out for awhile.
