Mobility issues? Arthritis? Use a cane or crutches? This place is not for you. The concrete steps to both the front and back entrances are steep and treacherous. There are no hand rails except a bar you can grab near the top of the rear door stairs. The dishwasher was not functioning. To his credit we did get a $50 credit with AirB&B.. But it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. The weather had been cold and rainy and the driveway was muddy so it was hard to get to and from the house. It needs a load of gravel. Finally the place smelled musty when we arrived. He told us there had not been many guests in the cold weather but it would have been nice if it had been aired out.

This is our second stay at Don's place. Another great experience - great communication throughout, easy check in and met all our needs. Location is convenient for Trumansburg and Ithaca experiences.

My friends and I loved our stay at Don's guesthouse. It was clean and met our expectations. The surroundings were also beautiful and the hike we took was great. Finally, we really appreciated the good communication with Don.

We had a great stay at Don’s house! It was nice and spacious, even more than the photos indicated! Very close (10 mins) to the wedding we were in town for at the Inn at Taughannock Falls so it was perfect. We all slept comfortably!
