We're excited to welcome you to our 6 bedroom, 3 bath, spacious house... Close to the golf course and five minutes from the river and boat launch! This is a great reprieve for the week or a long weekend. Retreat and enjoy some golfing, swimming, fishing, ORV riding, or just simply relaxing! ★BEDS & BATHS★ The property can comfortably sleep 12 adults on one king size bed, three queen size beds, and two twin over full bunk beds. A pack and play with crib sheet as well as a strap on high chair is available in the upstairs entry closet. There is one full bathroom downstairs, a full bathroom upstairs (with a door to one of the queen bedrooms) as well as master bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. Bedroom #1 Beautifully designed bedroom with with big open space, a flat screen tv, as well as a slider to the outside rooftop deck area. The King size bed has a thick and luxe mattress. Bedroom #2 This bedroom has a queen bed, and was designed with the convenience of the attached bathroom. Bedroom #3 Queen bedroom upstairs, this bedroom has a view of the mountains and the river. Bedroom #4 Another queen bedroom, this bedroom is located downstairs. Bedrooms #5 and 6 These bedrooms both have bunk beds with twin over full mattresses. ★Living Room★ This is a great room with a panoramic view of the mountains, the river and a smidgen of the golf course. The seating area provides couches, as well as the kitchen and dining room area to make it a great central hangout area. This is a perfect place for families and friends to hang out and enjoy the moment. There is a 75 inch flat screen mounted on the wall. ★Second Living Area★ This open and spacious downstairs area is complete with a large cozy sectional and ottoman, as well as a mounted 85 inch flat screen. A perfect area for kids or teens to hang out away from the grownups. ★Kitchen | Dining Room★ The fully equipped kitchen coffee maker and filters is provided, as well as everything you need to prepare meals, ideal for gathering around the 10-person dining table and 4 person kitchen bar. ★Deck | Outdoor Dining★ One of our favorite places to gather is on the the rooftop deck area. There is ample seating for 8 as well as a fire table. The gas grill is located adjacent to the hot tub. ★Laundry Room★ 2 stacked HE washers and dryers available for your convenience. ★Pets★ While we love our furry friends, we are not able to accommodate pets and have a strict no pet policy during your stay.
