It was a great stay at Victoria’s place. Stayed there two times around as I was working there. Located close to tram stop, Morrisons is around the corner. Pretty good location. Room had some Mold at the top of the room which wasn’t a issue for me but needs looking at. The house smelled of tobacco and I think Victoria thought it was me smoking out of the room but we spoke and sorted it out. They have a back garden or something for anyone who smokes. The kitchen doesn’t have glasses, plates, pots, microwave for guests which didn’t affect me much as I was eating outside but might be nice addition to add glasses and plates. Bed and duvet were very comfy, spacious room, clean toilet and overall comfy experience for me. Will stay again whenever in Manchester. Other than that

I had a short stay. It was good except for a few things. Pros: clean room, clean linens, quite surroundings, easy access to bus, trams, and main road. Cons: Only single LED light working in the room. So, if you are staying for a longer period, please ask the owner to sort that out because it is a bit dark at night. Second thing is that there is no microwave oven. However, it was a cosy stay and I would book it again if I need to. Cheers!

The house smelt of tobacco, there was no soap or toilet paper. I also didn’t expect the men who lived there to invade my personal space. I was not impressed with my experience and to be honest I felt so unsafe falling asleep as a woman in a foreign country.

Everything was fine and the host was friendly, but there wasn't any complimentary hot coffee or tea. Getting there without your own car might be a little stressful. Overall I had a good and quiet time.
