First, Rakan is very friendly, speaks perfect English, extremely respectful and reactive whenever I had a question. Next, the place is fantastic! So much worth the price. It happens to be in a basement with some natural light with skylight, but the 4-meter high ceiling makes this place very spacious and welcoming. Having spent 5 weeks there, I cannot recommend both Rakan as a host, and this accommodation for its cleanness, comfort, amenities and location. Don't hesitate and book this place!

rakan is a great person with a great place felt right at home and we met the second day I checked in very welcoming and friendly helped me and extended my stay to his ability answered all my messages upon sending them I recommend with a 5 as a host as for the place its perfect. area is central and everything is walking destince and close has all sorts of shops next to the place. clean and as presented even better in person. also 5 star recommend. I would come back if I can and would if I will.

Beautiful place! My husband and I felt right at home.. extremely well decorated and thought of and very very comfortable. We love every details put into the place. The area is central and it was close to everything. You can walk to anywhere around and there is a very nice mall close by (walkable distance). The place is quiet and very well sound proofed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Rakan for always being responsive and helpful.
