I believe our stay was the first Airbnb booking for this beautiful house. It had definitely been rented before though. We loved the gorgeous views, beautiful decor, spacious kitchen, and empty beaches. The clubhouse pool was a bit cool for April but still fun for the kids. There was some difficulty with check in and out times as the house is located in the central time zone and I believe the management company’s office is in the eastern time zone. The company is responsive but you get a different person each time. We didn’t receive check in codes or check out instructions until we inquired. I’m sure this will all be addressed and corrected for future bookings. Overall, the house is great as is the location. We would definitely book again.
