Convenient to ball park and restaurants. Just right for our family in town for softball tournament. Comfortable beds. Liked having 2 bedrooms. Very responsive. Would stay again.

There’s not one negative thing or complaint I could say about Geovanny or his apartment! I am so happy we found him and were able to stay at his amazing place! You will not find somewhere more comfortable, clean, and accommodating than this place so book it quick before the word gets out 😉

I arrived at 6pm after a long day to and the unit was hot, I reached out via airbnb no reply as to where I could locate the thermostat to control the temperature, I was informed it was in the main house and he was not home to turn it on. I reached out to Airbnb 2 times for help with the situation they were to call me back and never did. Host wanted to install a window ac in the bedroom at 9pm at night. I had to ask permission from him and was dependent on him for my comfort. In addition there was left over food in the freezer, halz used jar of may noise, open bag of sugar and half full jar of instant coffee that someone else had been using, not sanitary at all. Airbnb should never allowed this to be rented out without proper thermostat controls for the unit that allowed the client to control to their satisfaction. I am very dissatisfied with Airbnb and the host. I have stayed at many Airbnb and never had this issue.

Geovanny’s place is comfortable, clean and quiet. It’s convenient to downtown Dalton and the athletic facilities at Riverbend and Heritage Park. I would definitely stay again. Note that there is no separate climate control for the apartment but I found the temperature fine (my stay was in early March and it was rainy and quite cool while I was there).
