L'alloggio è molto carino, soleggiato e tranquillo pur se in piena città. Molto facile raggiungere il centro (metro-bus), il lungomare (a piedi) e tutti i negozi. É ben arredato, con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata. Bella la vista del viale dalla grande finestra - vetrata situata all'angolo dell'immobile. Mercedes è stata sempre disponibile e rapidissima nel rispondere a domande e richieste. Ha anche messo a nostra disposizione due biciclette, e di questo Le siamo molto grati. Non dimentichiamo le piacevolissime conversazioni avute con Lei. Insomma, appartamento assolutamente consigliato e penso proprio che ritorneremo.

100 % recomendable. El piso estaba mejor que las fotos y mercedes una super anfitriona. Volvería sin dudas!

Mercedes place is in a great location. Poblenou is the center of a number of art and design schools. It is also a major area of technology companies in Barcelona. The location is juxtaposed to both the metro and bus routes so it is easy to get to Barceloneta and Gracia. I would stay there again.

We stayed at the apartment for 1 month. Not only the apartment itself was perfect (location/set up/comfort) but Mercedes is a superhost indeed. Friendly, always there to help and support, nice person and a great host overall. If her apartment is vacant - look no more and book instantly! 10 out of 10. Mercedes, thank you very much!

Thanks so much Mercedes for a beautiful stay - felt right at home! Great spot, close to the beach and park, many cafeterias and restaurants in a short walking distance. Would recommend this for a long term stay and can't wait to come back!
