Where do I begin to tell you how special this place is, its Grand, luxurious, stylish, cozy, has 5 large double bedrooms, pool table room on 3rd floor, gym on 2nd, fabulous bar in the big back garden, called Deano's, it's soundproof, heated, sky you name it, 10 minutes to City Centre and to Andfield/Goodison football stadium. Situated onto the back of Newsham park, This is a sociable house NOT A PARTY HOUSE, have fun but be respectful too, you will love this place, Retail park 10 min walk. This really is a gem of a place, as soon as you walk in you will feel at home, it has absolutely everything! it's also furnished to the highest standard, town is 10 mins by taxi to town or Anfield stadium, an award winning Turkish restaurant across the road, 2 mins walk, huge park back of house, a retail park ten min walk, lots of supermarkets. garage opposite if you need anything, perfect house and location, if you would like an early check in or late check out please ask and i will do my best to accommodate you.

Incredible house! The house was the perfect place for our group to get together. Excellent indoor and outdoor spaces, all immaculate. Janine was an excellent host, suggesting places to eat and leaving food and a hamper for our arrival. I highly recommend this house and we would definitely book again.
Janine and Deano were excellent hosts, i'd stay here again for sure. They met us at the property, ad showed us how to use the BBQ, toured the house and showed us the amazing games room upstairs. The bar was a great feature of the house, even comes with an ice maker, although they were good enough to provide Ice in the main freezer too, along with juice and milk for the morning, and lots of lovely snacks. The sofas were so big and comfy that our movie night was just pure relaxy-blissfull awescomeness. Loads of channels on the skybox as well. Place looks brand new and has been furnished to a really high standard. House feels secure and is lovely and warm. All in all a top stay for a big group, with big rooms, lots of fun stuff to do in the house and a huge range for cooking, which was great for a big group. Very good job Janine and Deano! You truly deserve 5 stars!
Absolutely stunning property and fantastic hosts. Janine and Dean went above and beyond to help us make this a night to remember for a special occasion. The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the welcome baskets / toiletries created that extra special, personal touch. From the moment we first made contact with the hosts they really could not have been any more helpful and accommodating. We were blown away by the high spec and decor of the property and the facilities. We absolutely loved every thing about this property and would highly recommend it to friends, family and colleagues. We would definitely stay here again. Just perfect.

You can get a cab to town, cost about 8 pounds, or get bus outside house, the number 10, takes 20 mins, works out cheaper getting cab if more than 3 people.
