Sharon is a great host, made me very welcome for 2 nights. Clear instructions, clean room and a comfortable bed. I'd definitely stay again.

Sharon was a very pleasant host. polite, hospitable, engaging and helpful. Kindly made me tea a few times and offered some food. The shared areas were ideal. Worked at a dining table on one afternoon. Double bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable. Shower was hot and bathroom clean . Towels provided were good quality. Street parking was ok. A little noisy with cars on opposite dual carriageway, so recommend ear plugs to ensure quality sleep. I would return. Thanks very much

Sharon was really friendly and helpful, went out of her way to make sure I could find her place ok and even offered to give me a lift from the station! Incredibly good value for money - a perfect place to stay for a night in Scunthorpe.
