Super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt! Es gibt ein Schlafsofa, welches gemütlich ist und eine Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine. Die Küche genügt für ein paar Tage und die Terasse ist ein Pluspunkt! Dort ist den ganzen Vormittag Sonne. Die Lage ist besonders gut.

Estelle is super communicative and helpful (also Helen, with whom we checked in, even if she speaks only French she's a good communicator), the place is tiny but very new, comfortable and peaceful. Nothing was missing and Estelle gave us also a super comfy parking in the building. The place is near every important place of nice, strategic position.

I have to say this location was prime, it was so easy to walk to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was the perfect amount of space for two people and having laundry and a dishwasher was extremely helpful. Not to mention your own outdoor space. Checking in was a bit off. Our train was delayed and it was clear the woman, who’s not who you communicate with, was bothered by us. She gave her full introduction/tour in French knowing very well we didn’t speak it. Yet somehow understood everything we were saying in English. I also find it very odd when hosts are adamant about you taking the trash out/doing the dishes when you have to actually pay a cleaning fee as part of your reservation. However, those details wouldn’t deter us from recommending this place because the apartment itself was really great.

If you need a centrally located but quiet base for your time in Nice, Estelle’s Place fits the bill. Small but well equipped kitchen, clean compact bathroom, and easy pop out bed. The small sunny terrace finished it off. Any questions were answered quickly and clearly. Great host!
