Laia was awesome!! Answered all my questions right away. We were rushing to make it to a cooking class and Laia was very helpful and telling us the location, helping with out check in and making sure we made it to our destination in time. The house was great, location was awesome (near the train, market very close by and the water with beautiful views and great place to run, right around the corner. Great place to stay with a family. The house had two showers which made getting ready that much easier. Overall, everything was great, from beginning to end. Thank you Laia. I will definitely recommend this place to friends.
Laia was amazing!!! She was helpful and responsive and so great!! Her place was clean and amazing and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will be using Laia again. Her place was in a perfect location as far as seeing all of Florence. You can go to a cafe or restaurants or shopping or the train station within 5 minutes. The place is also very modern and comfy and has plenty of space for a family.
