My extended family (8 adults, 2 small children) had a wonderful time at Ani's place. The upstairs was perfect for the family of 4 to have their own space and some privacy. Both kitchens were fully stocked and the house was in a great location - walkable to both downtown and the beach.

Our annual family trip for 12 was a success! The accommodations were perfect and Ani and her husband were very attentive hosts. The house is located on a road with beautiful homes and a brand new sidewalk, only a 20 minute walk to the beach. Our family loved that all of the beach supplies were provided: chairs, cart and towels too! The house itself is well maintained, clean and well appointed. Access to two kitchens, living rooms, a patio and deck allowed our big group enough space to spread out. At one point when the internet went out our hosts were very responsive, coming to the house right away to troubleshoot and we were back up in no time. All in all we had a great time and we really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here with family that traveled in from all over and absolutely loved the house. 4 different families with a total of 7 kids was able to comfortably sleep in each of their own rooms with the whole house rented. We enjoyed the walk to the beach that roughly took about 15-20 minutes and there was plenty of privacy with the house. Would absolutely come back!

This home was a dream - with all the amenities you could want and walking distance to Ogunquit town and beach, not to mention Perkins Cove. Out of the way of the traffic and noise, this beautiful 5 bedroom home had everything our family could ever want and more: washers and dryers (3 sets), 2 full kitchens, great new appliances, comfortable beds, and even beach chairs and towels. Our family (some of whom had to work during our stay) turned one of the living spaces into a "we work" area and the Wi-Fi throughout the house was excellent. Each room has its own remote controlled air conditioning unit so there were no squabbles about the temperature. We like to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped. Sorry, kitchens... and both have great refrigerators and dishwashers (better than mine at home). The hosts were wonderful, we really didn't need very much from them, but communication with them in advance was breeze. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Ogunquit- my family is still texting me and calling me to thank me for an amazing time - and for that I thank Ani!
