Kim and her husband were a pleasure to work with. I had originally booked this property through a separate listing managed by a different individual, but within a few days it became evident that the guy was in over his head. Lucky for me, Kim took over management of the property and contacted me to walk me thru transferring my reservation to the new listing. Within a few hours of messaging with her, I knew I was in much better hands. Her communication was incredible and she honored the original rate I had been quoted. The property was equally amazing and just as described in the listing. It was an incredibly comfortable and relaxed location, and the outdoor patio and pool area was perfect for experiencing the total solar eclipse. I would not hesitate to book this location again (or any property managed by Kim).

If I could describe this property it would probably be “Breathtaking”. I literally did not want to go home. The property was very clean and spacious. The views are so beautiful. Only complaint I would have is the driveway and how high of an incline it is but it was worth it. Don’t walk, Run to book this property. I will definitely use this home as my vacation destination next time I am in town.
