This is a fabulous house in a wonderful location to visit Cardiff, Brecon Beacons and South Wales. It’s situated in a lovely suburb of Cardiff which also has a great village pub. The house is spacious, clean and tidy with towels and everything a hotel would provide (you won’t need to bring shampoo and shower gel). The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and coffee & tea etc. The host (Jess) was really helpful, provided great instructions and was very responsive to questions. A highly recommended house and host; we loved our stay.

Stay away from this place! The host is unhelpful and inconsiderate. The ensuite toilet was faulty and initially she refused to fix it. The next day after sending a plumber it was not fixed. Two rooms the lights were not working. There were no instructions regarding the rubbish and how to divide them accordingly. This she told us to do as we were leaving. She said we must leave at 11am when the booking said midday (she agreed when I showed her the evidence). She is dishonest and tried to blame us for the broken flush system (we reported it to her as soon as we arrived). She has poor customer service.

We spent three nights at Jess place and the house is very spacious and beautiful decorated and have all the essential items. Kids toys, books and board games are perfect for family with kids and local playground near by too. Has a great stay. Definitely recommend for others

Such a great place to stay! Our family enjoy to stay in this spacious, comfortable and clean house so much. The place is clean and tidy, toilets are clean, kitchen is absolutely well- equipped with all the amenities that fit for big family gathering. Besides, the owner of house is warm and friendly too, which always has a prompt reply. We love to stay here, and strongly recommend it to you if travelling to Cardiff.
