My family stays in Airbnb’s almost exclusively when traveling. We were in Austin for our daughter’s ring ceremony. This stay is about “10-15 minutes” from almost anywhere near downtown Austin. Easy parking in front of stay. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The people living behind the stay watch over the place for added security. We enjoyed the collection of LP jazz records very much- the record player is a thoughtful touch. The online guide in the app offered assistance in our choices of things to do. We liked the big dining table, the living room bean bag! and the sun coming into the living room in the mornings. There is a keurig style individual serving coffee maker, and a full kitchen. It was all very clean. Our dog, Pugsy travels with us almost all the time and the extra $50 we paid for this convenience was well worth the cost. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a convenient location to downtown or a quiet weekend.

The house was great, definitely an older home but I like the well loved vibe. The listed has a washer as an amenity but there is not one - at least that I could find. The hot water pressure is very low - it was a little frustrating for my kid to take a bath, not a big deal to us but if good hot showers are important to you, this might not be your place. The neighborhood is lovely, we really enjoyed being able to walk and get a coffee in the morning and my kid liked the playground. It felt really safe and quiet.
