This cozy one bedroom apartment is located at Callowhill Industrial Historic District. It is on the second floor, and you will need to walk up and down stairs to get to the apartment. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. This apartment will work well for up to 2 guests. 5-minute walk to the Convention Center, 7-minute walk to Union Transfer, 8-minute walk to Chinatown and Reading Terminal Market, 12-minute walk to City Hall, 17-minute walk to The Met, 25-minute walk to Independence Hall, and 30-minute walk to Philadelphia Museum of Art. 6-minute walk to Race Vine subway station (Broad Street Line). 10-minute walk to Greyhound Bus Station. Easy subway transportation to many other popular sites and areas, including 30th Street Station, Magic Gardens, the Stadiums and many others!

Host is extremely responsive. Place is as described perfect for 2 people, easy access and convenient to most stuff downtown.
My husband and I found this place after another booking fell through, and I'm glad we did! We were in town for a convention, and this place was conveniently close to the convention center while being a bit removed from the chaos. There's a coffee shop literally across the street and a fantastic mexican restaurant 2 doors away. This place was just what we wanted!

Great place to stay if you need to be near city center. It is very walkable. Excellent, clean accommodations with very easy check in and check out. Host was excellent. I would stay here again and again.

Opposite Broad Street from Fairmount and Spring Garden lies Callowhill, a neighborhood where edge and verve keep the creatively inclined blood pumping.
With Spring Garden and Vine streets as its north and south borders and 6th Street cutting off the ’hood to the east, this spread-out, historically industrial enclave lies just north of Chinatown.
The apartment is close to public transportation: bus #23, #45, and Race Vine subway station. More information is available on SEPTA website.
Free street parking is also available in the neighbourhood. Please read all signs before parking to avoid getting towed.
