Just as always a great place to stay. Have been enough times that it feels like home, especially with how I have been treated. Guests who stay in adjacent apartment are very friendly and quiet as well, especially this last stay. Mike is very helpful, friendly, and professional. I have no doubt of his expedient attention in any circumstance. Cleaning staff is both thorough and friendly as well. Great stay as always. Thank you to Mike and his staff for.

Great place for a short or extended stay. Covered parking was a plus and easy access to apartment. Close to downtown Montrose that has lots of great restaurants and shops.

Mike met us on our arrival and helped acclamate us. On informing him of a Sink drainage problem he sent a plumber soon who took care of the problem. We needed to extend our stay an extra day and he managed that for us quickly. Overall Mike was very responsive and we were very appreciative of that.

This airbnb was overall amazing. The parking space was huge, big enough to fit my lifted truck with a ham antenna on top. Lication was quiet, and there were a lot of thoughtful supplies in the airbnb. The only downside is that the wasjer and drier are coin operated. This was really frustrating for me as I wasn't expecting to pay to wash my clothes.
