Apartment is 3 bedroom apartment. There is a spacious living room as a common area where you can chill or have a nice meal. Your room is newly funished with brand new bed, sheets and duvet. In general Lisbon winter is pretty mild, however, i have also a oil heater you could use. It is nicely decorated with wooden flooring and external window. Picoas Metro station just 5mins walk away. Or if you feel like a good walk, 15mins and you will reach the centre of Lisbon. My apartment located in the heart of the city. In the most prestige part of the town with the metro just 100m walk away. On the yellow line, is an easy ride metro from the airport, many connections to different part of the cities. Feeling adventurous? You can even walk to downtown, takes about 15-25mins. My apartment is newly renovated with a touch of Portuguese taste and traditions. We kept the wooden floor structure and Portuguese tiles wall which has been the stigma of Portuguese charm. Your bedroom has an external window with the street view with the sun shining in the morning. Like all Portuguese houses, the insulation is non existence but I have an oil heater to keep you warm and cosy. There is a mini mart just below the building, or a few supermarket just minutes walk away. There are also a few lovely restaurants and cafe on the same street, you should totally try out coffee and pastel de nata, my fav is the pão de deus( pastry bun with coconut crust yummm)

La casa di Yvonne è molto bella, si tratta di un appartamento tipico portoghese. Pulitissima, con ampi spazi comuni e molto tranquilla. Yvonne è un host eccezionale, disponibile, molto chiara nelle informazioni, amichevole. La zona è molto tranquilla e ben collegata con il trasporto pubblico, anche dall'aeroporto. Un'esperienza perfetta!
I loved staying here! It was just like described and Yvonne was so helpful and kind! Felt very cozy and right next to the metro so easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!
Great location. Beautiful window overlooking the street. Apt and room were absolutely immaculately clean. Yvonne was super helpful and had everything I needed for recommendations/directions and ideas. Super host for sure! Bed is hard as a rock which is very common in this area, Spain, etc. kinda like sleeping on a box spring. To be expected for the area. Not a complaint, just a note if you’re expecting a soft bed. All and all very easy to find. Super simple instructions and a great host. Will stay again if I’m ever back in Portugal.

I would recommend taking the metro, is easy, leave timely, safe and very affordable. Purchase a metro card for €0.50 and use zapping(top-up/loading). Metro(€1.61) is cheaper if you use zapping or it will be €1.81. There’s another option which is 24hrs card, for €6.60. We also have a Lisbon card if you intend to visit alot of museums.
