Je suis à mon 2ime voyage chez Simon. Les logements sont très grands, propre, sécuritaire et vraiment bien insonorisé. Plutôt rare au Downtown de Montréal. Par contre, le matelas est un peut mou. Les oreillers auraient besoin de plus de fermeté. Les hôtes répondent, à vos questions et demandent, d’une façon quasi Luke-Luc. Endroits privilégiés pour les amateurs de Montréal

Great location, responsive host. Nice decor.
Simon communicated well and check in was nice but I believe the apartment does not worth the price. The main issues for us were: 1.White Sheets appeared discolored and aged, with a noticeable yellow tint. 2.The mattress was of poor quality, to the extent that one could feel the springs. 3.And wifi speed was so slow! We had to use our phone data!!
