Adjacent ot it is the bright open kitchen that is fully-equipped with all that you need for cooking tasty meals for your loved ones. Walk your way to the bedrooms and sleep peacefully after a long tiring day. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has two single beds. All of them are fitted with fresh linens and pillows. It sits on a huge landmass with different districts for residential and commercial purposes. The location of Dubai South is of prime importance along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, near Dubai Investment Park.
Located right next to Al Maktoum International Airport, District 2020, and UAE’s Green Belt, the development has an advantageous position in Dubai. Here you will also find a future metro station and several bus lines. There are multiple access routes to the territory which include Sheikh Zayed Road & Emirates Road
Dubai South is a city within a city. Eventually, it will be the home of all kinds of basic and luxurious facilities. If you would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, Danube Metro Station is around 17 minutes drive. Go down to DMCC Metro Station and connect to the Tram Station from here if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.
