Wonderful accommodation, very neat, tidy and functional.
A very comfortable place to stay and excellent value. We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed the peaceful rural setting. It was an excellent base from which to explore Richmond, Hobart and surrounds.
Beautiful home outside Richmond extended our stay here loved it so much ! Great launching place for day trips all around the area ! Went to Mt Wellington , Oatlands as well as lovely Richmond . South East and midlands . Great value and very comfortable with all the amenities !Very responsive and friendly host when we had any questions . I would highly recommend this home
Great Location, Easy drive into Richmond, close to lots of wonderful wineries
We booked this accommodation as a staging place for my now husband to get ready before our wedding. The accommodation was gorgeous and made for a lovely backdrop for those heartfelt getting ready photos. The family that stayed overnight also loved it. Modern & clean, would definitely recommend if you’re looking to explore the Coal Valley region of Tasmania, or need somewhere out of the city when visiting Hobart.

To fully experience all the fantastic locations surrounding us, we highly recommend having your own car during your stay. While our guesthouse provides a peaceful retreat and a central base for your adventures, many of the area's attractions, including historic Richmond, wineries, and scenic viewpoints, are best explored by car.
Having your vehicle allows you the flexibility to discover hidden gems, enjoy leisurely drives through the picturesque Coal River Valley, and visit the various nearby destinations at your own pace.
