best thing about this place was the quiet. everybody that was in the house observed quiet time(10pm-7am) . location was ok and it was a place to sleep. this place was filthy. hasn't been cleaned in months. the floor was extremely dirty, bathroom was black in the shower. dust everywhere, kitchen always had dropping everywhere. there was 2 year old mold in the coffee pot. it wasn't even green anymore and black mold is a health hazard. no carpet anywhere when I left I threw away the socks I had on that I had to wear to walk around because no way I was walking on that floor barefoot. I would not stay again.

I enjoyed staying here for a couple days. It was a bit loud whenever people would walk up the stairs during the day and I didn't have my own bathroom but I didn't mind.

The room was perfect, it’s in a good,quiet neighborhood. I did have to checkout earlier than what I had booked it for.Daniel made that process very easy. Only thing I didn’t like was the the door to the room wouldn’t lock. Seemed like it needed to be replaced. So legit you could’ve lock the room and someone from the outside could’ve simply went in.

Daniel was a excellent host. Very easy to work with and a great communicator. The room was great and easy to get to. Overall a great stay.
