Great location for us as we had family staying at the Grand Wailea and it was walking distance or an affordable ride share. The place looks just as advertised. The AC in the rooms does not get as cool as the main one in the living room. It helps to turn them off or place at 72 when leaving to kind of give them a break. Wasn’t the end of the world for us. We had a small hiccup during our stay, but Ashley resolved it within 24hrs and was very pleasant. I would suggest a book with instructions be left in the space and also for them to have a few more items on hand like cooking oil. However Target delivers there, so we had all we needed that way. I would definitely stay here again. Smooth check in and checkout process!

Ashley's place was wonderful and perfect for our family vacation. It was walkable to the Shops at Wailea and only a short drive to the beach. The place was clean and well maintained and we had everything we needed to enjoy the time with our toddler and baby. The pool is located right across from the unit and the parking is also very close to the unit, making the place very convenient.

This was our second stay at one of Ashley’s condos. We’d recommend her as a host to anyone visiting Maui! The location is walkable to the resorts, great dining, shopping, and the beach. The units have everything you need and are beautifully remodeled. They are also immaculately clean - bravo to her cleaning team. This time we stayed with my in-laws and our 3 year old son. Spacious enough for all of us to have privacy while still enjoying time together.

Don’t hesitate…book this place now! We’ve stayed in Maui multiple times and this is by far my favorite place we’ve stayed. We are booking it again for December. This unit is clean, very spacious (like your whole family can comfortably hang out in the living room together - which I have not been able to say about any other place I’ve stayed), it’s not cluttered, the closets are large, the kitchen is AMAZING, the location is superb…I could go on and on. Akamai coffee is a short walk away for some am coffee or breakfast, Ulua beach is just around the corner (one of my faves), and everyone is always out walking about in this gorgeous, safe community.
