We had a great time. The beds are super comfy and the location is great. My only request would be to have the possibility to make my own espresso. But there are numerous cafes nearby.

Here are my issues with this stay. 1- Bianca’s house says it’s in the city center - well it’s 35 mins walk & 2 train rides from the center - so don’t be fooled by the description. 2- we had no check in instructions which hosts send before checking in. This is on me & I should have checked before hand but all places I’ve stayed in - I’ve had check in instructions sent in by the host so I assumed it’s sitting in my mailbox. However Bianca did not & then when we got there I call her with no response for an hour. After that we call Airbnb support & then finally locate her. When she answers she tells us that this is not a hotel where we can go in anytime. Well we were checking in well AFTER her check in time so yeah I can technically go in anytime after. So it was really rude the way she handled this. 3- SCAMMER - I have a message from her charging me $550 for some small smudge on her floor which must have been there from before and now asking me to pay for it. Beware & stay away !!!

Bianca's place was beautiful - exactly like the pictures. Cosy and nicely decorated, amenities like dishwasher and iron all easily accessible. The check in process was extremely easy and quick to find from the station. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend and would happily stay here again! Thank you Bianca Ameya
