Pedro was an amazing host, met me to hand over the keys and answer questions. He provided me with a list of sights and recomendations in Lisbon and was always on hand to contact with questions. He has made a g-maps overlay that was sent to me, highlighting the must know places, like supermarkets, resturants, bars, look out points and more! The flat is just as described in the photos and description, very quiet area so should you need to work remotely you wont have an issue. The internet speed is very good, download speed wont be an issue at around 500mbps and for upload I could get a minimum 100mbps! The balcony is a wonderful way to wind down on an evening of racing around the city with a glass of wine. I stayed for a month with all the essentials covered like; toilet paper, washing up liquid, soaps, body wash, washing machine pods, coffee, salt and spices. Air con/heating worked very well, bright sunny and clean place to stay. Great value for money and will be back again.

I spent over a month here while looking for a long-term rental. The apartment was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything I needed and the patio was a nice bonus. The location was great for being able to get anywhere in the city quickly. Pedro was extremely helpful and he went above and beyond in giving me advice for my apartment search.

I can't speak highly enough of Pedro! Very reliable and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure his guests have a good stay and feel at home. He showed me around the apartment, walked me through some details to make sure I knew how to use everything, and gave me a very thorough guide to Lisbon. Throughout my stay, he sprinkled places of recommendation depending on my interest and even the weather conditions. He helped me out with a lot of things which is out of his realm as an Airbnb host which I am so grateful for. Feels like a friend! Location: 2 blocks from the Green Line metro. Lots of restaurants, cafes, parks, and grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. Space: clean and smells nice. Great layout functionality-wise. The patio is a plus. Fully equipped with necessities and more. Noise: quiet building and block. The church event space downstairs could get a bit loud during the weekend and some weekday nights. It only bothered me about twice during my 14-night stay.

Great place for a longer stay, everything is well taken care of and very clean. Pedro is very friendly and helpful, and will send you plenty of information tailored to your interests. I highly recommend staying with him for a five star experience!
