Kaibigan Soul Camp is a special place. We loved: - The easy and beautiful drive there (on a hired scooter) from Puerta Princessa down through mountainous jungle; - The thatch-roofed open hut we slept in right on the edge of the beach; - The setting, on a long tranquil bay protected by a reef and fringed with sand and coconut palms; - The outdoor showers, with their showerheads fashioned from half coconut shells drilled with holes (genius simplicity!); - The neighbouring fishermen getting their outrigger boats ready; - The sunsets over the sea and the glorious night skies, unspoilt by light pollution; - The mouthwatering (and incredibly well-priced) meals, the best we've had in the Philippines; - The open-air dining pavilion and kitchen; and MOST of all... - Our open-hearted and delightful hosts Ellie and Pascale and their staff. We stayed just two nights but we left feeling like we have special friends in a special place in Palawan to come back to one day, hopefully very soon.

Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, der einfach mal die pure Entspannung erfahren möchte❤️ Ich habe mich hier für eine kurze Zeit wie Zuhause gefühlt und die beiden sind sehr herzliche und nette Leute. Das Essen war einfach nur unfassbar gut, wunderschöne Anlage und für jede Frage gibt es eine Antwort ❤️ wünschte ich wäre länger geblieben!

Das Soul Camp ist genau der richtige Ort um ein paar Tage abseits von Trubel und Hektik zu leben. Wir waren insgesamt eine Woche dort und haben es sehr genossen in den Hängematte zu liegen, zu lesen und nichts zu machen. Es tut gut mal eine Woche ohne Internet zu sein. Es ist ein sehr schön angelegtes Gelände mit Tischtennisplatte, Basketballkorb und vielen Chill Möglichkeiten. Das gesamte Team ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben es dort sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Ellie and everyone else at the retreat were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We slept very well in the turtle hut after delicious dinners consisting of locally sourced ingredients. The food a highlight and a great time to meet other guests. We ate all three meals here during our stay. The place was beautiful, located directly on a pristine beach. The location is surrounded by untouched nature and we would recommend exploring the local area. Couldn’t recommend Ellie’s Airbnb enough for anyone who wants to escape busy life for a while. Very quiet and peaceful stay with great people. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!
