We planned a last minute getaway to take our kids skiing. Unfortunately, Christmas Mountains snow was not sticking, but no problem Cascade mountain was just 20 minutes away. Our cabin was perfect for us and our three kids. Place was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and all the rooms had TV’s! No complaints. The pool was great for my 11 year old, and I enjoyed the sauna. Good visit. Christina was very helpful with suggestions and all the my questions were answered quickly. We will be back and rebook, now that my kids love to ski!

This was a timeshare she rents out, we realize she can't control the cleaning of the place. The cleaning fee is too much considering the dusty mopboards, cold air exchanges were full of dust. Frying pan had dried food on it. Ice maker didn't work, 18 ice cubes in 24 hr period. The place did have someone deliver us a bag of ice. The picture did not match the unit exterior, she then told me she has 2 units and they are the same square footage. There were way too many texts from Airbnb and her. We were trying to enjoy our get away and I was constantly receiving texts asking questions. I wasn't going to say anything about the dust but I finally caved in as the texting did not stop. I told her about the cleanliness issue she wanted me to call her. I told her no as I had spent way too much time already on texting back and I wanted to enjoy my get away. She told me sometimes new travelers make mistakes! WOW!!! We are not new travelers, just 1st time users of Airbnb.
