Jonathan is a very responsive host. All 3 beds are very comfortable and the rooftop deck presented the perfect opportunity for cocktail hour. There is a spectacular view which includes the harbor. My group also favors this part of town as it is quiet.
Absolutely wonderful stay at Jonathan's. We loved the roof deck and proximity to Commercial Street and the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and very attentive host. We'll be back!
Great spot! Walkable to all things ptown and also in a quiet spot. Roof deck is great outdoor space as well! Parking is also easy.
Jonathan’s place for our group’s needs really well. It was clean, convenient and well stocked (especially the kitchen). We’d definitely stay there again.
Great Airbnb - our favorite of where we have stayed in Ptown over the years. Great location - only a quick walk to commercial street. Keyless entry is super convenient, and the rooms/furniture were well maintained. Roof top deck was amazing. 10/10 would book again.

Hello. My name is Jonathan and I live in Boston. Provincetown is very special and dear to me. I have been coming to Ptown and the Cape every year since I was born. This magical place is steeped in nearly 400 years of history. It is the spot where the Pilgrims first landed and the U.S. was born. It has been a bountiful fishing villages for generations of Portuguese fisherman. It is a beacon for artists and writers from around the world, who are drawn to the extraordinary light created by the natural prism of water that surrounds it and the other-wordly dunes that traverse it. It is a place where outlandish Drag Queens, blue-blooded Yankees, LGBTQ adventurers, and visitors from every country have a fantastic time together. Provincetown is always crazy and unpredictable; constantly reinventing itself; and thriving with creative energy. It is a deeply healing place. It is a place where friendships grow deeper, hearts open, and remarkable new people come into your life. My condo is a labor of love for Provincetown and for each guest who comes to stay. I hope your can stay for a while and experience everything this magical place has to offer.
