I stayed one night in the room on top floor. Hosts were good at communicating and I was met and welcomed inside by someone. Only stayed one night but was clean and comfortable… nice area, close to mermaid quay which had lots of nice cafes and restaurants and also a cinema

Extremely warm welcome. Super friendly and great cleanliness and facilities! This now my go-to for anytime I visit Cardiff Bay. With just a short stroll find yourself in the bustling beautiful bay! Thank you for such a great stay!

Turned up hungry at midnight, was made to fell very welcome and made tea and toast before being shown to an immaculate room. Had a great night's sleep and was given fresh coffee and breakfast in the morning. We went from strangers to feeling like we had stayed with family that we had known for years in less than 12 hours. Diolch XX
