On the bottom level is a studio apartment with a private entrance and everything a small family would need. On the ground level you'll walk into the kitchen/dining area when you enter from the front porch. Here you'll find a full kitchen with tons of counter space and a large island with 5 bar seats and a dining area with seating for 8 more.
