I was really pleased to be able to stay at Mike’s again, it’s often booked up. It’s really easy to get to Westpoint where I was working and it was lovely to see Mike again. The little house is cosy and comfortable and has everything I needed and more.
Mike’s place is exactly as described. Compact, homely and great for a short or long stays for a single occupant or max 2, with ample parking. Mike and his family are easy going, always helpful and friendly. I would fully recommend Windynook!
My partner and I stayed here for two weeks while visiting family in Devon. Mike was a great host and the place had everything we needed, was close to the bus stops and had some nice walks nearby. Would definitely stay again!
I stayed for 6 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! Very clean and the perfect location, accessible and everything you need within an ideal distance. Mike and his family are wonderful and provided everything you might need and more! Will definitely be back if ever in Exeter again! :))
Windynook Apartment was in a great location, and it was clean and warm, perfect for a weekend away. Mike is an awesome host as well, very kind and friendly. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!

We are a well travelled family of three. Our son William is seventeen and studying Business studies at Exeter College, we have two family dogs, Betsey and Rocky, and two cats, who I doubt you will see, because we have two dogs. we’ve never had any complaints. We love our Home as it is so close to Exeter yet feels like we are in the country. We have travelled and stayed in all types of accommodation ranging from camping to backpackers to 5 star hotels. We will make you feel very welcome in our place and be as helpful as we can to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Our accommodation is of a good standard and has just been fully refurbished, and we would not expect anyone to stay in anything that we would not be happy to stay in. Please bear in mind that access to the upstairs bedroom is via a loft ladder.!! As seen in the photos. Thank you for reading the above.
