This charming home near H Street, Union Market, Gallaudet University and NOMA, is perfect for those that want to explore the District by foot or vehicle. Walk to one of the many amenities nearby for breakfast and park your vehicle in the reserved spot after a dinner on Capitol Hill (just 10 minutes away). It is updated, it is spacious inside & out, it is your HOME away from home! We are the hosts with the most. Please allow us to welcome you for a trip to the nations capitol. By choosing to stay at Morse, you will get a pet-friendly home with hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, sky-lights, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and almost 1400sqft of living space! Hang out and drink your coffee or wine from the front porch, back porch, or private balcony in the master bedroom. The main living level is comprised of the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, and laundry room. Special features in the living room include a projector & desk. Off the kitchen is a private deck overlooking the extra-large, fully fenced backyard and parking spot. Upstairs are 2 generously sized bedrooms and bathrooms including one master suite with attached bathroom and private deck.

great area for the price
Such a smooth and easy process working with Sojourn! Fast responses and great service. The house looked exactly as the pictures. I’m a remote employee who came to the city to be in the office for a few days. Hotels were outrageous so I decided to do Airbnb…has me rethinking staying in hotels moving forward. Fantastic experience. Thank you!
We had a great stay. 15 minute walk to metro station. The house had everything and felt like home! Off street parking space a huge perk. Hosts were super responsive.
I would definitely stay here again! The home is spacious and VERY clean. It had everything we needed. We all raved about the quality of sleep we got both nights. I loved having a reserved parking space.

What started out as an area for members of Congress to live in the late 18th century, has now become Washington DC's largest residential historic district. This apartment is located on a scenic residential street, yet you can walk to dozens of fantastic locally owned restaurants, Starbucks, and grocery stores.
On weekdays, you can stroll to the Supreme Court building or Library of Congress to take a tour of our nation’s most venerable structures, then head to Whole Foods Market to buy some groceries on your way home for dinner.
This home is very bikeable and ride-shares are readily available.
