Ideally located 3 minutes away from the transports and close to shops, you will be at the best place for a stay in Paris. This large and charming studio located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a typical Parisian building consists of a living space of 24 sq. m and includes : - a bright living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, - a separate well-equipped dining kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), - a bathroom with shower, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, - TV and Wi-Fi.

Close to the animated neighborhood of Alésia with its numerous shops, theaters, cinemas, and the large Montsouris park, a real haven of peace at the heart of Paris, you will be at the best place to enjoy the Parisian life. The metro and the tram nearby will take you easily to the key places of Paris and its suburbs. You will find the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Hall, Javel area as well as Issy les Moulinaux or Boulogne in a few minutes of tramway. At last, you will find a lot of bars and restaurants around your accommodation : we recommend you Le Poinçon restaurant in a former train station, Le Verre Sifleur, Le Palais de Vandan or Il Farniente.
