We loved our stay in Washington in Mike and Joan’s place. The location was fantastic with view of Capitol hill. Very close to many attractions , and public transportation. Very clean apartment with all amenities and very peaceful neighbourhood. We would definitely stay here again !

Mike and Joan's place was amazing! I was a bit hesitant at first, since it was a newer listing at the time that we booked – but I reached out to Mike and he was incredibly response and friendly. It turned out to be one of the best places we've ever stayed on AirBNB! As new parents, a safe location was important to us – and Mike and Joan's place is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood that's within a 7 minute walk to some great restaurants – and a short drive to the national mall. There's also a general store located right next door, so that was very convenient for getting food items. The AirBNB itself was incredibly clean and modern. They made sure to provide us with everything we need, and more. We were extremely comfortable the whole time, and it felt like home for just the 3 days we were there. As hosts, they were incredibly responsive (responded every time within a couple minutes) and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Mike and Joan!

Michael was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had about the stay. The location is in a beautiful location with amenities close to the property as well. Would highly recommend if planning to stay active out in DC!
