An additional charge and a refundable security deposit may apply, provided there are no damages or extraordinary mess inside or outside the property. - Noise curfew outside is 10pm for all bookings, including events. - Smoking is permitted only in the backyard on the patio areas and must be disposed of properly in ashtrays to prevent fire or burn marks. A $1000 smoking fee will be assessed for smoking inside the unit, and a $1000 fee for any burn marks on the floors or each individual carpets. - Pool heating is currently unavailable until Mid December 2023. - When exiting the property, please turn off all lights and A/C units and lock all doors. - Please dispose of all trash inside/outside in trash bags and place in the backyard. - We are not responsible for any missing items during your stay. - Housekeeping services are available at an extra charge.
