Can’t say give enough about this place. Barry is an on-hands manager who went above & beyond. We were 2nd reservation for this new renovation. Although not right on the river, it is accessible to everything: swimming, kayaking, grocery store, etc. Barry greeted us at the property & walked us through the house. He lives next door. We hired him & his son to take us out on their deck boat for a sunset cruise. So very nice. He suggested we grab sandwiches & drinks at Winn-Dixie for an on-the-water picnic. So much fun. The home had the most comfortable beds & they apparently wasted no money on sheets & pillows. The sheets were the softest ever. We slept just like we do at home. Barry suggested breakfast at Grannies just at the end of the road. It’s only opened for b’fast & lunch. I ordered smoked ham & thought they served me the whole pig!!! It was a 1/2 inch bone-in slab!! Also, Barry recommended Cedar River. Good eats. Highly recommend. Great host & very clean house. 5+ stars*****

This was the perfect place for a getaway in Crystal River. Getting into the house was a breeze with the easy instructions left by Barry and the house was very clean and put together. Between the new furniture and the large rooms we were very happy with our stay! The location was ideal as you are situated next to the water and right across from The Plantation. Being only minutes away from many local restaurants, bars, and activities was very convenient. Barry was a fantastic host and very responsive to all of our needs during our stay. I would highly recommend his place to anyone coming to stay in the Crystal River area!
